RRS "Studio-3". The successful tests of duplex Radio Relay System "Studio-3" of a band 7- 8 GHz.
The tests  on a radio line with distance more than 11 km. First antenna - the  Trumpet   Antenna with
Gain=18 dB and  second antenna - Grid Antenna with Gain=23 dB .       Duplex frequencies 7730 MHz
and 8600 MHz.  Pout of transmitters 400 mW. On an input of  the receiver of the standard DVB-S  a level
of a signal have received not less than -35 dBm.It has supplied a stock on sensitivity about 30 dB. If to
use Aperture antenna a stock on   sensitivity can be increased on 20-40dB. The system provides transfer
2 TV of channels and 4 Service channels of communication in both directions.  This is Radio Relay System
is intended for mobile television stations.

Combiner  L- band 8 Input to 1 Output
Is begun the release active Combiner of a band 1 - 2 GHz for summary of a group  signal
of the  standard DVB-S of systems  MVDS (L-band).Combiner enables separately
to  adjust levels of a signal in 8 of channels within the  limits of 20 dB.
In 8 channels there is an indication Level of a signal.
Attenuation between channels not less than          <  25 dB.
Maximum level of the Input channel no more than   <  7 dBm.
The maximal gain not less than                                <  6 dB.

A new model of MMDS transmitter is under construction now. It's been being designed to provide higher
reliability of transmission. The  transmitter consists of two independent transmitters combined to feed
one antenna. Each independent transmitter delivers its independent channel packet.  This solution
provides «hot standby» sparing when one of the transmitters is failed. In this case an operator
can rearrange the most important channels to be delivered by operable transmitter. Two 50W
transmitters combined in one block can replace one 100W transmitter. This solution cost  is 10-15%
lower than the cost of two separate transmitters.

A  new modification of “UPC” Up Converter module intended for converting 4 digital channels from IF to  100-864 Mhz
range has been put on the market. The module is included in 8 ASI-4F / DVB-C converter manufactured by DVL.

Active cable combiner of 100-900MHz range will go into series production soon.
It is intended for use by Cable network operators and MMDS.
Features:
- signal level adjustment up to 20 dB for each channel separately;
- LED signal level indication for each channel;
- port-to-port isolation: more 25dB;
- max input signal level : not more 7 dBm;
- max gain: not less 6 dB.

Radiofar starts producing portable  VideoLink-800/DV COFDM transmitter equiped  with DV input
(option - SDI input with embedded sound). The distinguishing feature of the transmitter is smaller size
and weight, simple control, low price. Selection of a channel and a stream is made through a  switch.

23.12.08
VideoLink-800/SDI COFDM transmitter modernization.
Control and indication panel has been improved. Number of control buttons is reduced to 2. Using an
LCD instead of LEDs provides better visualisation of necessary information. Channel number and its
frequency (Mhz), output stream and input type is displayed on LCD. A new mode allowing to set
channel frequency with 1MHz step was added.
